III. Raw Material Characteristics
(I) BOPP Film
The BOPP film is made by extruding polypropylene pellets and then biaxially stretching them. (I) Solventless Lamination
This process directly coats the liquid adhesive on the base materials without using organic solvents, and then makes two or more layers of base materials laminated together through pressure. (II) Gravure Printing
The gravure printing process is adopted. The printing plate has the image part lower than the blank part, and the ink is filled in the pits for printing. It has strong color expressiveness and high printing precision, which can present delicate patterns and rich color levels, making the packaging of the pasta more eye-catching.
