First, our raw material suppliers are all world-class companies. Plastic granule suppliers such as Dow Chemical in the United States, LG Chem in South Korea; cardboard suppliers such as Weyerhaeuser in the United States, Stora Enso in Finland, and Sun Paper in China; aluminium foil suppliers such as Chinalco in China. The supply of raw materials is stable and the quality is reliable. Additionally, when raw materials enter our factory, QA and QC have strict incoming inspection procedures, and they can be put into storage for use only after passing the inspection.

Secondly, we have currently purchased new high-speed extrusion machines and new high-speed printing machines. The production capacity has been greatly enhanced. We have a sufficiently large production capacity to ensure the normal supply of products, and there is no problem of failing to deliver the goods by the due date.

Third, the crucial processes for this product are printing and laminating. We are one of the earliest printing factories in China to engage in flexographic printing. We originally printed medical packaging, and the requirements for medical packaging are much higher than those for food packaging. However, we apply the same standards for control. We are also one of the earliest manufacturers in China to carry out extrusion laminating, and we have accumulated production techniques and experience for twenty years. This is an important guarantee for product quality.

Fourth, our equipment is basically all equipped with online detection systems, which will conduct comprehensive inspections on all products. Our gluing and folding machine is the most advanced in the world. Our extruder is equipped with two-layer and three-layer automatic co-extrusion dies and the world's most advanced Thermo Fisher Scientific online monitoring system. We believe that all these are powerful guarantees for product quality.

Fifth, in terms of the structural design of our products, wherever in contact with aluminium foil, EAA has been added to increase the bonding strength of the composite. This is also our huge advantage. Currently, EAA is very difficult to procure , and we are the only manufacturer in China that can directly obtain this product from Dow Chemical of the United States.
