Manufacturing Process

(I) Lamination

 

We have the most efficient dry lamination machine and the most eco - friendly solventless lamination machine. The solventless lamination process directly coats liquid adhesive on base materials without using organic solvents, and then laminates two or more layers of base materials together under pressure. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and ensures high lamination quality and production efficiency. Dry lamination, on the other hand, uses solvents in the adhesive, expanding the range of applicable materials and adhesive types.

(II) Printing
 

Equipped with central impression flexo press imported from Italy and the latest gravure press, supporting up to 10 - color printing. The gravure printing process, where the image part of the printing plate is lower than the blank part and ink fills the pits for printing, has strong color expressiveness and high printing precision, presenting delicate patterns and rich color levels to make pasta packaging more eye - catching. Flexo printing is also efficient and adaptable to various substrates.

(III) Bag - making

 

To meet customers' bag - making needs, we've added new bag - making machines, enabling one - stop production from printing and lamination to bag - making.

Depending on the combination of materials like PET, PE, BOPP, CPP, PA, EVOH, and AL, the packaging bag can have excellent moisture - proof, oil - resistant, and oxygen - barrier properties.
